STRUCTURE & FLEXIBILITY: Provide unlimited customized workout scheduling in the App based around your goals, preferences & equipment access.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION: Video demonstration with each exercise in the app to ensure proper form & step-by-step protocols for each workout.

HABITS: Assist with navigating struggles & habit building around hydration, sleep hygiene, self care & stress management

MINDSET: Guidance to help combat & overcome mindset struggles around “perfectionist” thinking, “all or nothing” thinking, yo-yoing/inconsistency, motivation, discipline, body image, self esteem, gym anxiety, restrictive & unsustainable methods.

KNOWLEDGE: Give you access to additional informational documents and resources to teach you what to do & the “why” behind it, to give you life-long knowledge.


HIGH-LEVEL Support & Accountability


SEAMLESS, WEEKLY PROGRESS ADJUSTMENTS: Hold you accountable with your weekly audits (including ability to submit photos, measurements, weight & details on your week & biofeedback). Your coach will provide detailed feedback via video & articulate any protocols adjustments & assist with struggles to ensure we continue to improve & reach your goals!

OPEN DOOR TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION: Support accessible on a daily basis with the ability to text/audio message your Luxe Coach at any time! We will answer your text/audio messages with full effort & feedback within 24 business hours (outside of weekends) & your coach will touch base with you via text at least 1x/week to ensure open door communication!

Luxe Ascend Society: Access to the private Luxe Ascend Society where you can connect with other highly ambitious, action-taking women to build your network, connect, overcome struggles & celebrate wins with!
